Government Employees Benefit From an Equipment Operator Certification
If you’re looking for an effective way to raise the skillsets of your public workers, helping them obtain a mobile crane or heavy equipment operator certification is a great way to do so. Becoming qualified to work with cranes and heavy equipment provides your workers with a strong foundation for starting new projects and endeavors.
At Performance Training Solutions (PTS), we provide quality instruction to help aspiring professionals advance their careers in crane and heavy machinery operations. Our courses allow your employees to earn credentials and certifications quickly so they have a solid foundation for future public works projects.
Our mobile crane and heavy equipment operator certifications will qualify your employees to handle a variety of different types of heavy machinery. The PTS team is also available and willing to help them obtain financial assistance for receiving heavy equipment or crane operator training.
Help Your Employees Earn an Equipment Operator Certification Quickly
Getting certified with PTS only takes three weeks. We offer three different courses for different types of heavy equipment training, each requiring 120 hours of training. The training for these courses takes place on-site at our Central Ohio facility. Local lodging and food are not included within the tuition, so candidates will be required to provide for those needs themselves or through their employer. However, the opportunity to greatly increase your workers’ skillsets is well worth the cost, especially considering only three weeks worth of training are required to obtain an equipment operator certification.
Why Should You Sign Government Employees Up for a PTS Course?
By earning your equipment operator certification and credentials with PTS, your employees will be set up for success within the heavy machinery operation world. With the proper credentials, they’ll have the ability to take on new municipal jobs and work on new projects, greatly increasing their versatility.
Once they’ve completed their program, the PTS team is always happy to provide refresher training for previous candidates who want to update their skills.
